For homeowners

Post the job. Choose who you talk to.

Tell us what needs doing — plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, a renovation, anything around the home. Local tradespeople who run their business on Seastack can show interest. You look at who raised their hand and pick who gets your details. Posting is free and you are never charged.

What do you need done?

Up to 4. A contractor can price a photo of the problem far better than a paragraph about it. Shrunk on your phone before sending, so it works on slow data.

Start typing to pick from the usual jobs, or write it in your own words.

Where

How to reach you

Contractors see your job, the city and the size — not your name, phone, email or address — until you choose to connect with them.

Your details go only to the contractors you pick. No marketing lists, no selling your job to anyone. Questions? seastackmechanical@gmail.com

Posted. Keep this link — it is how you manage your job.

Local tradespeople can now see your job (without your contact details). Come back to this link to see who has shown interest and to choose who you want to hear from. There is no login; the link is your key.

Bookmark it or email it to yourself now. We email you the moment a contractor replies, so you do not have to keep checking.

How it works

  1. Post your job. Free. Takes two minutes.
  2. Tradespeople show interest. Also free for them. You see their business name, trade, area and a short note.
  3. You choose who to connect with. Only the contractors you pick get your name, phone, email and address.
  4. They quote; you hire whoever you like. Or nobody. You are never charged anything.

Why this is different

Other sites sell your job to whoever pays them. Seastack does not. Contractors here run their whole business on the app — the ones who show interest are real, working local businesses. Already have a contractor you trust? Send them a job directly →

Questions homeowners ask

Does it cost anything to post a job?

No. Posting is free, and a homeowner is never charged anything at any point — not to post, not to see who is interested, not to connect, and not to hire.

Who gets my name, phone number and address?

Only the contractors you choose. Until you pick someone, an interested contractor sees the job, the trade, the budget range and the city — never your name, your number, your email or your address.

Do I have to hire anyone?

No. You can read every reply and hire nobody. There is no obligation and no charge either way.

How quickly will someone reply?

We cannot promise a time, so we do not. We email you the moment a contractor replies, so you do not have to keep checking. If nobody has replied after a day, we tell you that too, and what usually helps.

Are the contractors checked or certified by Seastack?

No. We do not verify licences or insurance, and we never describe anyone as Seastack certified. What we can tell you is true: these are businesses that run their own quoting, scheduling and invoicing on Seastack. Ask any contractor for their licence and proof of insurance before work starts.

What if no contractor covers my area?

We say so plainly on the page instead of leaving you waiting. Your job stays posted and your link stays yours, and we write to you if that changes. You can also send your link to a contractor you already know.

How long does my job stay open?

Thirty days. You can extend it from your own job page, close it early, or edit it at any time.

I lost the link to my job. Can I get it back?

Yes. Enter the email or the mobile number you posted with on this page and we will send every job link you have to that address or by text.
